Nissan — Gear changing problem and rust in all body part

I bought a nissan terrano car in March 2015.it got complaint after 2 weeks of my purchase itself.at some times when i change gear it gets stuck.and it got rust in all important areas especially in inside engine parts.also when the car is off its not unlocking.i already placed a complaint(complaint no[protected]) and my car was at nissan service centre for 2 weeks.but still the problems remains as it was before.
