I have nissan terrano car, i purchased it from silicon nissan(udhna, surat). My car is 1.5 years old. In my car there is some problem with clutch plate. I complained about to dealer for n no. Of times but everytime they keep my car for 8-10 days and return it back to me saying its alright now but problem is not resolved even 1%. When i asked them why problem is not getting solved, i got a reply from their representative mr. Tejas that sir, in all cars its same. I went for a drive with my friend's terrano and shown him the difference. He agreed to it that there is manufacturing defect. Warranty will get over in few months and then co. Will ask me to change clutch by paying. Is it right? Why are u cheating customer? For manufacturing defect why we should pay? This was never expected from reputed co. Like you who believes in good after sale service. Car is on the name of Mr Mahesh my contact no is [protected] . Dealer is behaving with me as if i am a criminal. I hope this conplain goes to respective dealer and i get my problem solved before expiry of warranty period.
