Nissan Motors — Pathetic roadside assistance service

Your Road side assistance is pathetic. I feel cheated. Had to pay Rs 650 for no services rendered. My doors had got locked and the remote key was not working as the car battery was charged out. The door had to be unlocked. The call centre staff could not understand the issue and hence gave some wrong inputs to your Road side Assistance garage.They came without any toolkit and had no understanding of the problem at hand. The Workshop Manager at Taratalla was of help though. He sent a technician but he arrived 4 hours later. I want to know if this is the service benchmark of a company like Nissan. I am totally disillusioned with the brand now and will see to it that I do not recommend this brand to anyone I know. Further, I shall use the social media to also inform as many people that I can reach out to.
