Nissan Motors — Poor after sales services

My first experience was go as they were very aggressive on sales but unfortunately post sales service is simple big ZERO, in today’s market they never looked back and address my issues and that’s for sure we will never recommend then to any other customer – this one sale could have given them could leads as this has gone in big corporate under scheme,

My one month is passed and they have failed to offer me my actual registration despite of me following with them on regular basis, no one ever called me to give any feedback, Now if I am penalize for driving vehicle for lapsed registration then it will be the company who will be held responsible not me, by all means and I will claim all my damages

Despite I paid all un due extra cost as well, I bought car and took delivery before 13th September and rates for registration were increased from 16th then why should I bear that cost but still on good faith I, paid but result was zero, now you are offering more discount and benefits will you offer me, NO then by increase on customer and reduction/benefit to company. With this policy you will not be able to create good loyal customers, yes you may do sales but till when you will depend on new customer base, at the end post sale services will come in picture
