Nissan Motors — Sales person misguided the customer regarding car insurance. | |||||
Dear Sir I am Surbhi S Meena resident of parnasree green, kolkata. I am an old customer from your store. I bought NISSAN MICRA XL car number WB02AJ9240 special edition on 28th July 2016. The sales person Mr. Prakash was guiding me regarding all the car features and insurance policies. We asked him for bumper to bumper insurance, but he made papers for normal insurance and doesn't feel needful to inform us. Later we find out that the insurance is a normal insurance and he is giving excuses that he forget to inform and made a normal insurance. The way he is treating casually is not acceptable and when we were in the process of purchasing the car he was not even getting in touch, we were used to call everyday to know the updates.
