DEAR NISSAN CEO, I BOUGHT NISSAN SUNNY 2013 FROM EL SAAB3 AUTOMOTIVE IN JUNE . SUDDENLY CAR STARTS TO BE SO HELURIOUS LOUD SOUND WHEN I MAKE 60 KM/H . I WENT TO THE SERVICE TO CHECK WHAT IS IT SOUND AND WHY IT HAPPENDS IF ITS JUST NEW I MADE JUST 6000 KMH AND ITS UNDER WARENTY. CANT MOVE ANY WHERE CANT TRAVEL . SERVICE DONT HAVE THE SPARE PART EACH TIME I CALL THEM PLZ CALL US NEXT, NEXT, ...WEEEEK, , ETC... I APPRECIATE YOUR HELP AND REPLY TO MY ENQUIRY REGARDING THIS SPARE PART. I HEARD FROM THE DEALER THAT JAPAN HAVE PROBLEM WITH EGYPT IN SHIPPING SPAREPARTS NOW. Dear mr haitham, please check the veh thouroughly. In nIssan sunny vehicles are having rh rear wheel beearing noise and when u braking at 40-60 km speed there is braking loydly noise on that time all the outside people are seeing ur veh about the noise. i[censored]r veh under warranty period for 2Yrs or 50000 km, the dealer wl replace dampers for brake loud noise, wheeL humming noise for wheeL bearing replacement.
