NMMC — Encroachment in the Turbhe MIDC area

I would like to complain regarding the illegal encroachment and illegal parking of Air Compressors, JCBs and trucks in the Turbhe MIDC area behind Hotel IBIS and behind SK Wheels showroom There are almost 50-100 air compressors which are parked in the 2-3 lanes behind SK wheels showrooms and similarly there are 10-15 JCBs and cranes which are parked illegaly, encroaching the roads and leading to traffic woes. Kindly send your inspectors to remove this illegal encroachments or charge the owners of these machines heavy fines or penalties, to discourage this. Rgds R.Kapadia Turbhe MIDC

My neighbouring unit D76/3 in the name of M/s Swastik infra logic I pvt. Ltd. TTC MIDC Turbhe has been illegally dumping their cement concrete slurry on the only common public road giving access to my unit. Despite several verbal & written reminders the illegal activity is continued.

This is causing serious trouble, expense & damages to our passenger vehicles. Suspension parts/ rubber parts/ lower engine compartment is getting stuck with cement on daily basis & leading to some or the other sensor or rubber parts in suspension malfunction now & then In all my cars.

This is also causing me a problem at my residence society as the sweeper/ watchman & few neighbours have complained the society authorities as there lots of mud in my parking everyday.

KINDLY LOOK INTO THE MATTER AT THE EARLIEST & GET THE ILLEGAL ACT OF DISPOSING LEFT OVER CEMENT SLURRY IN THE READY-MIX CEMENT CARRYING TRUCKS ON THE COMMON PUBLIC ROADS.

Your quick action & intervention is required at urgent basis as all our passenger cars & getting full of cement on daily basis & we have also incurred a expense of Rs.16000/- for our passat due to blockage of some sensor related to air suspension or else the company would have void our warranty.
