Noida Police — Unlawful challan by up traffic police

Dear sir/madam,

I, rakesh sharma (from faridabad, haryana) was going to my office in sector 59, noida and on my way to office i was challaned for red light jumping on the traffic signal located between golf course metro & noida city centre metro station.

When i was in the mid of the road, the signal turned to yellow from green and i can't stop my car in the midst and from no where the traffic police officer came in front of me and stopped my car & allowed the up no. car to pass the signal.

Then he & other senior official of traffic police (mr. vinod kumar sharma) argued with me that i had jumped the red signal (which turned to red during the period he was talking to me). even after many requests he didn't listened to me and asked me to park my car on the road side and challaned me and took my licence.

This is very unlawful, that noida traffic police is allowing up nos. to pass while challaning other state cars. please help me in this injustice.
