I bought a phone from your site and it deliver a broken phone to me. That why i am complaing you regarding phone, please exchange the phone. And the packing is very bad, so i request you to change my phone immediately, so kindly respond my complaint and exchange the product with in 2 days because i am waiting for the product last 10 days and finally i got today and it is broken.

I found no provision in Nokia XL set to Blocking Black listing unwanted mobile number and email in the mobile hand set.
If there be any please inform and guide.

I also registered DND a few months ago, though I was assured to take action but till date I find no action has yet been taken
