Nokia Care Center — Not honouring the warranty period

The warranty period for my NokiaA502 ends on 23rd Jan 2015. I gave the hand set on 19th jan 2015 with whatsapp not working to V CARE MOBILES (542_465550) with job sheet# 150119/025. ADDRESS-#183, Poojya Arcade, Gandhi Bazaar Main Road, Basavanagudi, Bangalore-560004 Phone[protected] They said they needed time to repair my mobile and gave me a stand by mobile of inferior quality than that of my Nokia 502 Now, they are trying to charge me for the services. I have taken an appointment at 5 pm . Please see that I receive my mobile in proper condition without any troubles.I can attach the scanned copy of the service jobsheet if you provide the e-mail ID.
