[Resolved] Nokia Care Center — Poor services and response from service centre Nokia Care,jabalpur, m.p. | |||
I have bought a nokia head phone WH-205 model on 24 aug 14 for nokia mobile which was under warranty for six months.With in one month the same got defective, then i approached the nokia care service centre on 06 oct 2014 with the comlpaint for the replacement of the same. The response in respect of the same from the service centre is extremely poor. I was told to come after 20 oct, so i have visited today for the same, but the reply from their side was not good. I was told to come again by end of this month and was told that this is not the metro city where your problems will get resolved so soon. Due to the poor service and the bad response from the service centre it gave me great loss of peace of mind. The product which i have bought bears the warranty of six months only out of which half of the time is consumed by the service centres.
