Nokia Care — Mobile phone repair | |||
On 20th march I have given my nokia lumia 820 for repair in a nokia care centre after the expiry of warrenty it was an hardware problem that phone used to vibrate when i switch on the phone and no output in screen. I gave it to nokia care after 5days they said it works and costs 400 to 500 later they said the phone was not working they returned it back and now it was not even switching on or vibrating and i also found that some hardware parts also missing and now they are asking to pay 6000 rupees to repair. I am helpless and i cannot afford that much more Please helpme Was this information helpful? | |||
