Nokia India — Apllication for replacement of Nokia Accessory (Ear Phone) | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I had purchased a nokia mobile from your authorised dealer at laxmi Nagar in the month of june, but the ear phone was not working properly, hence I contacted nokia dealer from where I had purchase phone and explained the problem, but the dealer refused to exchange the ear phone and said that you should contact to nokia service centre. Then I contacted nokia service centre at laxmi nagar but they said that such ear phone was not damaged and we could not exchanged.and sent me back to dealer. But the dealer is not exchanging the ear phone and saying that such ear phone was damaged and hence would not be exchanged, but the service centre is saying that such ear phone was not damaged. Kindly sort out the matter as soon as possible. I am attaching the scan copy of original bill.
