I have purchased a Nokia 5800 in late Feb this year. There seemed to be some initial problem with the phone's memory because of which I had to go back to the dealer in less than a week of purchase of the phone. In fact, it took me 4 visits over the first 3 weeks to get the issue sorted out.

I had purchased a NOKIA 6500 Slide last year. Due to some reason most of the keypad buttons were not working. When I reported the issue to Customer Care, the cost of repairs was put to 1600 plus taxes. I do not understand the reason for the unreasonably high cost of repairs. Whats more shocking is the bahovior of the Customer Care personnel who simply asked whether I want to get it done or should the phone be returned.br...

I purchased 7210 supernova from mobile store swimming pool kolkata on July 12, 2009 next day i found speaker is not working properly so i went to mobile store they asked me to go Nokia care saltlake sector V. I purchased one mobile telephone set type no. NOKIA-3110C1GB (Lot no.[protected]) from Hotspot Mobile store, Shop no.C-2/14, Rana Pratap Bagh. Delhi-110007.Vide their Invoice no. [protected] dated 24/06/09, and paid Rs.4000/-.

The mobile was having some manufacturing defect in its ON/OFF Switch, but dealer convinced that you will not face any operational problem, it will be smooth later...

Your non-responsive attitude is leading me to file a suit in Hon'ble Consumers' Forum.

I bought the N96 8 months back and for the past 3 months, the Call button is not working. The phone is getting switched off automatically and when we press a specific Key some other functinonalities work.
