Dear Sir,

I was bought the handset of Nokia 6275 in July'2007. Every time my mob was getting Hang, Automatic number dialing, Msg Sending. Some times getting switch off. I can't stop this process that time and can't able to unlock. My Mobile warranty period is also expired.

I Bought a Nokia 6300 phone on dated 16/05/2009 from Harjeet Bros. NOKIA PRIORITY DEALER, Dharampura Bazar, PAtiala. After one and a half months it developed a problem with display and after replacement of Display from Nokia Care, Patiala Centre, after just one day it is again showing resolution defect (resolution is too less with camera). So I want my phone to be replaced or cash back.

this is bring to your notice, the mental agony since i have bought Nokia 5800 express music in the Jan 15th 2009 in poorvika mobile shop, pallavaram Chennai.
after purchasing my new mobile 5800 in that shop hardly after half an hour reaching home there was a streak in the display, immediately i went back to the store and they replaced...

i, Arun Kumar Srivastava of lucknow have buyed this set on the last 19th october but since i have used this set for only 4 months.after 4 months it does not show the network. i have gone to the nokia care center at6-B park road jaiswal complex hazaratganj lucknow lucknow 3 times but i got no good response. they keep my phone for at 15 days each time and return to me as it is each time. so i request you to issue the DOE so that i can replace...

Sir, i perched that set in the month of nov 08. i am facing problem with switch off automatically, i shown to Nokia care 4 times in Belgaum, Karnatak. But still their is no solution for it. So kindly guide me about this.

I have bought Nokia 6300 mobile 2 years back. Recently all of a sudden it got switched off and not turning on at all afte that. I have aproched one of the Nokia Care Centers in Chennai.
They intilally said that its S/W problem and it wil cost Rs 850/-+ Tax. I accepted that and given to repair. But When I went on next day they said the mobile is not repairable as S/W is not getting loaded because of liquid lock....

For a while now the volume of my nokia E51 has reduce that i barely get what the other party is saying. So i dont know what next too do although the volume is at maximum there isnt no change...

ur nokia care near zoom hotel rk road is running from very bad condition .whenever i go there they take minimum 3 hours too resolve ur complaint .it happen becoz there is only 2 desks & there is persons they take too much time to solve the one customer complaint. i only ask that pls creat 2 more desk to help us serve better . now i want o replace my battery but i worried about how much time they taken so i dont go there to think of that...

its can't found any were in phone settings actually its have in Menu>Organiser>Calculator

Its not found pls find this complaint and do it very need ful.

Hi Nokia,

I have purchased nokia e71 in the month december 27th. For first 4 months it function really good ther was no probelm, but after that it started giving trouble like the phone should get hang and then it started getting on & off on stand by mode. I went to my retailer i.e. The Mobile Store, they were also not able to help me out, when i complained them they said that they are not reponsible for any problems happening...

I have got settings for gprs and it is active on my mobile but when i go for homepage or download it shows that "subscribe to packet data first". How to reset the homepage on my nokia 5130c-2 mobile....

I was travelling from bus 459 at 1930hrs on 23.06.09 from Panckkuti to Shyam Nagar. When he bus reached Hiranandani stop I discovered that my cell phone is missing. then I made a call to my number, it was not reacheble.
