Nokia India — Bad customer service | |||
Today morning I went to Nokia Care, Shakarpur, Vikas Marg, Delhi. I have a Nokia 220 phone which is not showing any sim. They said that I damaged the phone's internal compound. How can it possible that a customer will get into phone's internal compound. Phone is in warranty but they asked for the charges. I talked to a senior lady who said the same thing. It seems Nokia doesnt really care about the customer. I dont like the way they treated me.
