Nokia India — Battery replacement | |||||
1I have all original documents like cash memo, battery, battery packet, battery no, first time when I am going to contai Nokia care for replacement of battery, care people shows various types of fault of invoice and they return back my documents for correction after correction my documents again visit store but they give child like reasons when I forced they accept my documents & they tell me the battery replacement would not be happened they're not responsible & they give me a service job sheet (no-1450 date-29/01/16) .After one month I call them they reply replacement would not be happened and replacement is rejected, about my old battery have no news. How this is possible please check my original photo documents and tell me where is my fault? Was this information helpful? | |||||
