[Resolved] Nokia India — brand new nokia 730 handset problem | |||
on 22/10/2014 i purchased nokia 730 handset from HELLO BROTHERS COMMUNICATION with bill no: 5448 dated 22/10/2014. after a month or so, the handset started getting hung. i went to the shop from where i purchased it. the shopkeeper told me that it will go to the service centre and it took more than a month to solve this problem (as per service centre and shopkeeper). after taking the mobile i tried it and to my surprise it worked only for half an hour and started getting hung. again i went to the shopkeeper again and told him that it seems that nothing has been worked out to the software of this mobile it is still the same. shopkeeper told that i should contact the nokia company. my question is: 1. have i made any mistake by purchasing this mobile ? 2. are the service centre people at jaipur are not educated enough to sort out this issue ? 3. how long will it take for me to use this mobile without any problems ? kindly look into this matter or else i will have to go to the consumer court through my legal adviser. for your kind consideration purchase bill is attached. I purchased Nokia Lumia 730 on 16th Feb 2015...and wihthin couple of weeks it started showing problem, camera was not working properly, mobile was getting hung, phone was not getting disconnected, when the call is over. Over heating problem.
I showed it to Service center "Sky Link, Pune" they said that there is PCB related issue and Key shorting issue, and they need to send phone to Chennai center.
Its so disheartening, that i am not able to use my new phone, even nokia cmplay people is not responding, I raised a complaint in their website, with reference number 1-[protected], all I am getting is a automated reply that someone will contact me, but still there is no response from them.
This shows how irresponsible Nokia and Microsoft is and they are not ready to replace the defective product.
