Nokia India — Cell Phone neither repaired nor delivered - 6 months

I had submitted my cell at Nokia Care on 05/04/2014 and till date have not received the cellphone. Whenever i call them or visit the place they give a excuse that the cellphone will be delivered by tomorrow and till now i have not received any call from your service center. I would like a written explanation from your side stating reasons for such a delay. I had also mailed the service station, then also they are least bothered to make a reply. Looking forward for a reply from your end.
