Nokia India — Charging Inspection Fee - Nokia XL | |||||
Dear Sir/Madam, Last week my mobile nokia xl stopped working and I took it to Nokia Care (Simar Solutions, Faridabad), wherein they had charged Rs.100/- as inpsection charge. I told them that there is some software issue but they ignored it. After 3 days they told me that your phone is dead we are not able to repiar it. Even they did not call me in this regard. When i went there to ask then they confirmed me. Now i repaired my mobile online through internet which was a small software error. Nokia is appointing non eligible engineers to repair mobiles.
