Nokia India — Complaint abt poor Screen of Nokia Lumia 630 | |||
I purchased a Nokia Mobile set(Lumia 630) from M/s AADIDEV INTERNATIONAL #1001 Sector-22 B Chandigarh on 18.01.2015 Just after fifteen days o[censored]sage, suddenly I found that screen cracked without any reason. There was no physical mishandling on my part. I was also astonished how it can happen own its own. Keeping in view of the above you are requested to look in to the quality of this particular lot. It is not expected from the company of your status. I approached the local dealer for replacement of the set but he has shown his inability to do so, quoting some clauses of warranty. As name of your company is at stake, you are requested to look in this critically and order a replacement. Was this information helpful? | |||

visited the Nokia care at sector 22 chandigarh on 21.02.2015, Though it
was distant from my workplace, i took leave on that day bt as i
expected they didnt bother to see the email or reference id which u
mentioned in mail. The guy who is attending me asked to pay 3640 Rs. for
replacement of screen. I was convinced by the sales guy that this
would be the quality product, considering that I purchased this Mobile
at a cost of Rs. 9600 on dated 18.01.2015. All
my friends suggested me not to buy Nokia phone becoz of poor quality.Now i am regretting on my decision to buy this phone becoz of its after sale service too.There
were no mishandling on my side still the screen has cracks on my
mobile. I want to complaint in this regard to some upper level
Authorities in Nokia.Plz help me in this regard.
