Nokia India — Complaint against poor phone quality and dealing with nokia care,panchkula

Sir, I bought a new nokia lumia 720 in november, 2013 but after a year o[censored]sage it automatically got switch off and is not responding...i also got to customer care in Sector-11, Panchkula but they were not able to help me on the problem...They told me that they have sent the phone to nokia care for repair but nothing was done.They said that the phone can't be repaired...so whats the trust on the brand nokia...if the company cant do anything for the customer... I bought the phone for Rs 17000.00 but looking for the poor service...I would not recommend your brand anymore since no service is being given to me...My mobile Number is [protected]
