Nokia India — Delay in Service Delivery | |||
I had a complaint against Nokia regarding a service that I had bought of them. I have given my phone at Nokia service center, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi on 1st Sep 2014. They have given me time for 27 days. I requested for 10 days but they have refused. there are two issues in my phone. 1: Pictures are not clear. issue in camra and 2: applications are not working. I suppose this was not a big issue to take that much time. more surprising on 18th I got a mail for the revised target delivery date i.e. 8/10/14. its being really disappointing and I am thinking that I have taken a wrong decision to buy a Nokia Phone. I am leaving on 21st sep for my business trip so I want my phone at any cost. I am thankful of Nokia service canter for keeping me in trouble. I swear it does not keep any value of a customer who request for some service issues.
And it does not make any difference whether a customer is making some humble request for a delivery of handset within 25 days.
It was not a task for max 7 working days to resolve the service issue.
I want to have the mail Ids of head Officials for Escalation.
