Nokia India — Faulty Nokia XL Handset | |||
I'm writing this after trying Nokia Care for six times for the same issue in the last two months and I'm not impressed with service standards of Nokia. At the end I'm forced to believe that Nokia has no respect for its customers and has "I don't care" attitude as they lie to the customer. I've eight months(approx.) old Nokia XL phone and the problem started around 3-4 months back, the problem is that the phone re-starts on its own. I'm in Mysore and local Nokia Care and Nokia office in Chennai is not able understand the root cause of the problem. The disturbing part is that every time they have claimed that they have rectified the issue but the issue still persists, this only means that they lie to me every time. Last time I lodged my complaint with Nokia Care on 15th May'15 and I got the phone back on 25th Jun'15 and this time again they made similar claim of solving the issue. But matter of the fact is I started facing same issue from the same day. I had high regard for the company but this incident has changed my perception. Was this information helpful? | |||
