[Resolved] Nokia India — Giving reply to customer is very poor | |||
I went to nokia care tirupathi to get my mobile repaired they let me sit there waiting for 2 hours and at last they said the repair hasn't started yet so that i have to come the following day. I came to receive my mobile from them but then they said I don't have warranty for that part. then they asked me to pay 650/- so that they will return my mobile in just half an hour. I waited there for nearly 2 hours again. By the end of the day they said "sir, we have kept your mobile for testing so that u wont get any problems in the future". I thought it's for my good and left the care. the following day when came for receiving my mobile again they asked to wait for 20min's more for which i waited for one and half an hour. when i came to ask how much does it take they replied like this "sir, what are you thinking? you cannot come inside like this we will call u when the repair is over". then at last they said "your mobile cannot be repaired" and they asked me to pay an amount of 200/- for checking for which i rejected. I took my mobile back and came out of the care. There is a mobile local service centre located near the nokia care. I took my mobile there and they asked me to wait for 20mins and they repaired my mobile for which they charged only 400/- giving a warranty for 3 months. I want you take a severe action on sales boys sitting over there and treating customers like . Was this information helpful? | |||
