Nokia India — Interchanging of Touchscreen of my mobile which is working | |||
I have given my Nokia Lumia 720 phone to Nokia Care, Visakhapatnam on 03.02.2015 with the problem of " Phone got switched Off and i not getting charged even though charger is connected". Accordingly complaint was taken by the executive stating that the phone is dead. I went to customer care on 04.02.2015 for the status of my phone problem. At that time customer care executive told that, Charging problem was rectified and stated that the touch screen is having problem. Previously my phone is not having any problem with the touch and i have not given the complaint about the touch to check. The phone they showed to me is not my phone as it is very clear that service executive stated that " they have removed my screen guard for checking" which should not be done without any intimation to me. Definetly it is clear that 1) My touch screen was replaced with some other touch screen which is having the problem. I request you to please let me know the sl. no. of the touch screen if available during manufacturing. Please take this complaint and take necessary action. thanks & regards, S.Dinesh Ph.
