Nokia India — LCD Problem

I bought Nokia XL Dual SIM, IMEI no. [protected] from MOBILE PLAZA, Link Road Jaigaon, Jalpaiguri - 736182, an authorised dealer of Nokia mobiles on 25.06.2014. It has just been a week after the purchase of the same. The LCD of the phone is blurred and I cant see the objects on my phone clearly. As soon as I encountered the problem, I immediately went to the Dealer but the Dealer said they cant do anything and told me to go to Nokia Center. I managed to get to a nearby Nokia Center. I showed him my phone and explained him the problems. He said to keep the phone at the Center and collect it after 15 days. In this regard, I would like to seek suggestion on whether it is vital for me to hand over my phone to the center and will the center give me the assurance that the same problem will not occur in future? Personally, I would like to request your goodself for the replacement of the same. Seeking for your prompt response. Thank you.
