Nokia India — Lumia 630 | |||||
I had purchased a Lumia 630 on 13th July 2014. In the week of November 2015 the handset felt in water and the internal circuit burned. The cell phone was in dead condition and the PCB was damaged, but no physical damage occured to outer body. Then I submitted it to Nokia Care, at Rajapeth, dist. Amravati, Maharashtra, on the date 27th November 2015. They told me that the cell phone will be returned after 1 month. But untill now my phone is not been returned to me. I have called then hundreds of time, also every week I visited to store but they don't take us seriously. Now I am planning to add petition in consumer court. Please look in this matter and help me.
