[Resolved] Nokia India — Lumia 720 defective piece received as replacement | |||
I am Dr Pathak from Ujjain and my no. is [protected]. I purchased a Lumia 720 black on 31st March 2014 from Lotus Ujjain, and it started giving charging problems on the 15th of May.I contacted Nokia Customer Care at Ujjain (A to Z Nokia Care) and the device was sent for repair. On 28th May they gave me a replaced device which now has sound problems. I cannot hear the person in call. I am really annoyed how NOKIA can replace with a faulty model to me. Why dont they check their models before bringing in the market? Nokia should withdraw all its faulty products from the market. Was this information helpful? | |||
