Hi,
I have bought a LUMIA 730 a month ago. The phone is having problem with network. Every thing else works fine, but when ever the network goes, the phone can not refresh the network by itself. Though the signal shows full tower, still in the mobile and sim settings, it shows no sim and the sim1 and sim2 settings are disabled.
I took it to the nearest service center, they suggested me that it can be the error with the module(sim).
I took my time to test, cuz i did'nt want to give my new phone to the service center for repairing, Yesterday on 27th nov 2014, i submitted my phone against my will to the service center. I have the job sheet no with me. Please look into my issue and arrange for a replacement of my new phone. Was this information helpful? |
