Nokia India — Malfunctioning of Nokia lumia 520

After screen goes to sleep mode it does not reactivate even after pressing the lock button. I send it for repair to NOKIA CARE (Syscomp Infotech (P) Ltd, 4/6, S.N.Banerjee Road Barrackpore Shopping Arcade, Upper ground floor, Barrackpore, Kolkata 700120, West Bengal, Phone[protected]/ 2525) on[protected]. They return the phone allegedly repairing it but for a fee of Rs. 1850/- (Bill no. 01995, Job sheet no 150620/010) on[protected]. Within a few hours the malfunction reappeared, I take it for second time. After keeping it for several days they return it saying that it was a virus that had caused the malfunction.
