Nokia India — Microsoft Lumia 535 not replaced within given time limit of 15 days

Hello, My name is shiv yadav. I purchased Microsoft Lumia 535 from eBay.in on 28-Jan-15 & I received my smartphone on 31-jan-15 but after using it for 10 days it went dead.I submitted smartphone to nearest Nokia care Rohini Delhi.They gave me time limit of 15 days to replace it but even after passing 15 days i haven't received my smartphone.What kind of service Nokia Care is providing if they can't fulfill their commitment within time.
