[Resolved]  Nokia India — mishandling of nokia phone and returning as dead

Sir, i had visited NOKIA CARE IMPHAL in the name of RK TELECOMMUNICATION regarding nokia 220 battery discharging rapidly n the phone is in working condition.They handed me the repaired cell phone after taking Rs 500 for component change (RECIEPT NO 7735) n the problem of discharging has been solved .Later i found that the keypad which has been working before is not working now.Again i visited the same centre n reported.They accepted the phone n given me the reciept of JOB NO 20658 denoting keypad not working.After 2 weeks and on 24/11/14 they return my cell phone declaring as dead and refunded Rs 500 which they accepted before for component change.I would like to say THE PHONE IN WORKING CONDITION IS DEAD after visiting RK TELECOMMUNICATION (NOKIA CARE IMPHAL)...What should i do?
