Nokia India — No network

My nokia asha 305 here i was purchasing care protect /now my mobile haveing no network issue .Then i vesit nokia care chandmari guwahati, but service centre people denying repaire under warantty, the same laptop was reapared in the same service centre dated[protected], that time i purched nokia care protect .Now service centre toled me that my iemi no which is not matching with the registred one but my name, moble no, mail id matching, please do need full get resolve my issues,
