[Resolved] Nokia India — Nokia E7 orginal parts missing from Nokia Care | |||
Dear Sir/Mam This is to bring in your kind notice that I've given my Nokia E7 (IMEI No.: [protected] & code: 059G406 ) to Tilak Nagar Nokia care for repairing purpose. As per service center my phone is non-repairable & they have asked me to collect the phone but as I was suffering from Jaundice so I was unable to visit to Nokia Care on time to collect my phone & even share the same reason with them. But around 4-5 days back I've collected my phone & was shock to see that Sim card slot tray & downward back cover is missing. When I've asked them for missing items but received a reply that phone was like this & they cannot do anything (Ye aisa hi tha aur bolo kya karna hai?). I've never expected such a pathetic service from brand like Nokia. Moreover if I’m ready to pay the charges for repairing i.e. any expected cost then why this feedback has been given that my phone is non-repairable. Does this means that Nokia is not worth enough to provide parts for repairing? I'm planning to move to consumer firm so the other should not have to face problems like this.
