Nokia India — nokia lumia 730 device stability

I bought nokia lumia 730 last year end and im facing problem with stability i.e no incoming and out going calls, application does't work normally cant connect wifi, mobile internet, Bluetooth etc from day 2 however i went to sangeetha moblies from where i purchased they suggested me to change the sim and check if there is any virus in memory card, i did all possible things but issue did not solved, so sangetha mobiles suggested me to visit nokia care centre. I visited nokia care with the issue in my phone, they said to drop the phone so that they can forward the phone to company and i did the same but after 10 - 12 days i got my phone back telling there is no fault in the device i thought they fixed it but later the problem continued, and again i had to drop, like this i dropped my phone for "thrice" and still the issue regarding stability of the phone remains same and every time i have to restart my phone to make calls. I have been using nokia phones from very first and I have also suggested many of my friends to go for it, but I am very much disappointed with the service provided to me, every month i am paying EMI and most of the time the phone will be with service centre and resolution will be as no faults in phone even after showing the problem to nokia care executive in the centre, they have always telling me nothing can be done. please suggest me what has to be done.
