Nokia India — Nokia lumia 830

I am jijo varghese. I bought nokia lumia 830 phone a year ago and within the warranty period itself it got same complaint of camera for 4times. When i open the camera it shows something went wrong. When i gave it for repair for the last two times they send it to the factory and they said they have changed almost every thing and will not show the complaint. Last time within the warranty period i asked the company to replace the phone, then the support team called me and assured that they will solve all the problem and it won't get the complaint. But again it showed the same complaint within one month and i can't use it now. When the supporter called i asked them what to do if it shows complaint after warranty. He was very much confident that it will not happen again. Now the warranty is over, what i have to do? I was not able to use this phone properly for at least 6 months. From the beginning itself i use the nokia phones and this time i am totally disappointed. Nokia is such a reputed company and u could not repair the phone is a shame from your part.
