Nokia India — Nokia mobile is poor quality

I had given my nokia lumia 720 handset to your service centre M/s R & A Mobile Seevice of Sibsagar vide jobsheet No 2004 dt 22/10/2014. But after passing a long period of near about 1(one) months.I have not yet received the above handset till now. Now this is a clearcase of dificiencey in the Service.
