[Resolved] Nokia India — Not getting screen replacement for Lumia 720 | |||
I am filing a complaint against Nokia, only after suffering for about 3 weeks. I bought a Nokia Lumia 720 almost an year back and unfortunately got the screen cracked 3 weeks back. On contact Nokia Care they told me it would not be possible to repair it indefinitely as the Lumia 720 screens are not available with them. On contacting Nokia Care Line, they took my complaint and promised to provide a resolution in a week. Then I got a call from one Ms. Aparna saying that they would get me a resolution after one more week. After that I have been waiting for more than two weeks to hear back from them. Taking loyal customers for granted would not result in any gain for Nokia. If they are not able to provide me service, they should take the handset back. They cannot expect customers to buy a new handset every year considering the huge price attached to their phones. The market leaders like Apple, Samsung are servicing phones in an hour and giving back, while as a Nokia customer I have to keep following up with them. REALLY DISAPPOINTED WITH NOKIA!
