Nokia India — Phone hasn't been repaired for almost 35 days and counting | |||
I submitted my Lumia 720 to an official Nokia Care center only after 2 months of purchasing it. There was a problem with the touchscreen and it needed replacing. The care center gave me a time of 20 days from the date 3rd June 2014 to collect the phone. When I called them on 3/6/2014, they told me to wait for another week stating that the parts haven't reached Siliguri yet. the next week, they said the same thing. I remained patient and called the next week on the 5th of July 2014. again, they informed me to check back next week. i am confused why a leading company like Nokia requires more than a month to ship minor parts.
