Nokia India — phone heating up

dear sir/madami purchased lumia 525 in april. and by now i have given for repair to service centre twice. once they reloaded the software ie on 17th may and second time i gave them on 31 may and it was sent to delhi and which i got back on 17th june.. even now porblem not solved, instead changed, now phone heats up when bluetooth is used and also when internet is used for 5 mins... kindly do the needful
