Nokia India — Problem in new device and mis selling by authorized dealers | |||
I have purchased Nokia on 4 Feb 2015 but it creating problem of heating and automatically off and on from second. Day because merchant. Said me that replacement guarantee. Is of 7 working day from date of purchases I went on 5 day but the executive. From adajan Surat said me about the warranty. Of 4 day and assured me to do software update to resolve such problems I have done software update but it is creating same problem and also network issues again executive saying. Me to put your phone for 5 days.actualy I have purchased the phone for better. Use but it is headache for me because no one is helping me and not assuring me .
