Nokia India — problem not resolved by nokia care after 3 times servicing

I have bought nokia 520 0n 14 November 2013 after 4-5 months I have started facing issue like during call the light on the screen does not light up so each time u have to press the side button to cut d cl or i[censored] have to hold a cl..and dat to you have to press dat many times..i have been visited to nokia for the same prblm thrice but the problem still remains same..i have extended d warrenty period but alwys its nt possible for me to go to the nokia care for there prblms...if this time problms in nt resolved I will bound to take legal action .
