Nokia India — Regarding Nokia XL complaint beacause nokia care did not submitted my mobile

My Name is Sunil Kumar Soni from rath Hamirpur . My mobile model no is Nokia XL, IMEI NO is [protected] . This was purchased from Allahbad in date (23/07/2014). my mobile is not working therefore i went to nokia care Orai but not sumitted my mobile .Nokia Care said me that your mobile will not submitted beacause your date will be expired and i will talk to customer care center that he said me that Nokia care should be submitted your mobile Please accepted my application and take to action Nokia care Orai.
