[Resolved]  Nokia India — repair of my NOKIA Lumia 520

I bought my NOKIA Lumia 520 in dec 2013. in the month of may 2014 it fell down and screen was cracked . i went to NOKIA Care centre at Park road Lucknow. there they charged me Rs 2850/- for replacing the screen. But the problem stated within a month, on recieving or making a call, the screen disappears all the times. i went to the same NOKIA Care centre. Firstly they told me that it will incur charges but when i told them that they had replaced the screen a month ago, then they are telling me that they will send the phone to the company and it will take 15-20 days. neither they are providing me with alternate arrangements nor they are ready to repair it in one or two days. if not taken care, i will be forced to move to the appropriate forum.
