I have bought a Nokia XL DUAL SIM BLACK COLOUR SERIAL NO.[protected] mobile on dated 27.05.2014 from Anmol Watches & Electronics (P) Ltd.Sector 22 -B Chandigarh vide bill No.AWN -5757. From the day one there is problem of disturbance of voice in all incoming and outgoing calls. Then I went to your Nokia care Centre SCO No.2473-74 2nd floor sector 22-C Chandigarh and reported the matter to them within a week time. They checked the phone casually and did nothing by saying that It was O.K. But said problem has been repeating again and again and one more problem of hanging arised during the ongoing call. Then I again went to your above said Nokia Care Centre and they collected my phone and My Job sheet Number is[protected]/140701/035 dated 01.07.2014. Sir Kindly replace my phone .I don`t want to use repaired phone.
