Nokia India — Request regarding replacement | |||
My lumia 620 is still under the period of its extended warranty and suddenly on 1st march, my phone got switch off. When i took it to the nokia care center, GTB nagar, they said its got switch off because it needed a update and so they updated my phone from windows 8 to 8.1. Since then everyday i am visiting their center because after the update, my phone has stopped functioning properly. Sometimes my camera won't work, sometimes the back button won't work and now my phone is dead. I am fed up of visiting the customer center. Its been 15 days now and I am almost visiting it everyday. I have my cash memo as well as my receipt of extended warranty, is there any option of replacing it.Please help as to what am i supposed to now Was this information helpful? | |||
