Nokia India — Ring tone volume

Dear Concerned Manager, Hello, I am suman and I am the user of Nokia phones since 2003. Because of this faith and good response I have decided to purchase Nokia again. And now I have puchased Nokia RM-969 220 DS. But this model of Nokia makes me so disappointed. In this model volume of ringtone got down himself, because of this I am not able to attend so many calls on time. In this regard I have visited 3 times to your service centre at Rohini sec. 8 Delhi. But they won't be able to resolve the problem. I have also register complaint vide complaint no. 1-[protected].
