[Resolved]  Nokia India — too much heating on the part which is kept on the ear

I bought a Nokia Lumia 630 . After charging for 8 Hours I started using the phone .The ear piece was getting too hot that I could not even keep the handset near my ear. The next day itself I went to the Nokia Care opposite Saritha theatre Ernakulam (Poovath International). The told that they will give back the phone after 12 days and that they will inform me about the staus of their working . But to my dissappointment they never called me even once. After repeated callings from my side they told that my set was having some problem and the same will be replaced . After that no news came from their side and due to my repeate d calls they gave me the set after 22 days stating that all the complaints were rectified and they have changed some software inside .But after reaching home i understood that the problem of heating still continues and i went back again to the NCC and gave the set back there . Now they are telling there is no problem of heating to be detected and they will not do anything regarding the set .What will I do now. I could not use a new phone for even 1 week. I have got a very bad opinion about the staff in the NCC and dear friends never buy any nokia sets . Go for some other phones which will give u a good service when something bad happens ... Never go for NOKIA
