Dear Nokia, Let me introduce myself, Ajay Narayanan is my name. Professionally I am a banker. I am writing this mail because I am a depressed customer of yours. I do expect positive response to this mail. I was using Nokia 6600 from 2006 and I switched to different models of Nokia and came back to Nokia Lumia in 2012 while you launched windows platform phones. Oct’ 2013 I purchased Lumia 720 and was miserable suffered due to my wrong choice. The volume control was not working I visited Kollam service center Kerala, for support and they suggested updating of software and my whole data was gone and I left with the same issue. Later another big issue turned up which dragged me to hell. The center part of the touch screen is not responding. On 8th july 2014 I visited Nokia Care, Karamana Thiruvananthapuram hoping the best and I submitted my mobile for warranty service at Nokia Care, Karamana Thiruvananthapuram. The service assistant politely informed me that it might take 14 working days or less, we will be informing as soon as the device is ready. After 7 working days I called to the care center and I got a message that the spare part is already ordered at the head office and the same is not yet received. Then I made my 2nd enquiry call on 23rd july to Mr. Raghunath (Center Manager) and he kept me on hold for more than 10 minutes and the call got disconnected. I tried him again and he transferred the call to another lady who very nicely explained the whole procedure as: “Before the item was dispatched from Delhi Nokia head office and now it’s from Chennai, and while we enquired the item is already dispatched from Chennai and we will be receiving the same on Saturday only. The time required for them to make the phone ready is less than one hour so that you can receive the item on the same day. I was happy with the service and really appreciated the time she took to explain the things to me. On 25th I called again to Mr. Raghunath to reconfirm that my phone will be ready by Saturday itself. I was extremely disappointed and mentally got frustrated with the fact that I got cheated. Mr. Raghunath simply informed me that the whole messages and pieces of information I received was completely false and he cannot tell me the exact date or time, and only he will be able to do is to call me and inform me when its ready. I felt completely cheated and the Nokia service as the biggest failure. I made another call on 30/07/2014, Mr. Khan Informed me the parts are coming from Delhi and its completely Head office’s fault that they didn’t dispatch the item. He asked me to wait for another week and he explained his expectation of receiving the spare parts on coming Saturday. Just as he said, I waited one another week, I don't know, is Nokia consider this patience as my weakness, I made my last call on 05/08/14 to Mr. Raghunath and he repeated the same 'We will inform you once its ready, and put all the faults on shipping problem and on head office. The funniest quote he used was 'we are facing a shortage of spare parts at head office', lol… Here am standing before you for justice. I will dare to stand and I will dare to walk to anywhere for my justice. Once again, I do expect reply for this mail. Ps: Scanned copy of Job Sheet is attached with this mail for your kind perusal.
